Sodor Copper Mine is a TrackMaster (HiT Toy Company) set. When Toby stops at the mine, his face will flip from happy to surprised and his wagon will flip from empty to full as he passes. Pressing a button also creates a rockslide.

Toby loves working at the Sodor Copper Mine. Little Engineers can help him load his cargo car with copper ore as it rises on the conveyor belt. Watch out! There could be a rockslide at the mine! Toby needs help to keep the tracks clear so that he can get back on his way.

Trivia

• A prototype Face-Change Toby is featured on the back of TrackMaster (HiT Toy Company) boxes from 2007-2008 as well as the cancelled Face-Change Gordon and Face-Change Percy. This prototype depicts Toby without his number and with a brown copper wagon with beige copper.
• There are three variations of the Face-Change Toby:
  • Short funnel and translucent number stickers
  • Taller funnel and translucent number stickers
  • Taller funnel and opaque number stickers
• The Copper Mine would later be modified in 2008 for the Sodor Mountain Mine.
