Bulgy (バルジー) is a double decker bus. Green Bulgy was later released based on his vegetable bus design. This eventually took the place of the red version.

Bulgy has shiny, new green paint, but is still a bad tempered double-decker bus who is out to close down the rails and "Free the Roads". He has no scruples and knows how to tell a lie when he's in a tight jam, which is why he and Diesel are friends.

Trivia[]

The Motor Road and Rail box description mentions Bulgy being friends with Diesel. This however does not happen in the television series or The Railway Series.
